Because each shirt is custom-made with your uploaded photo, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the photo doesn’t look as expected).
However, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for manufacturing defects or printing errors. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you may request a refund or a free replacement.
When can you request a refund or return?
We accept refund/return requests only for the following reasons:
- Printing defect – The image is blurry, crooked, misaligned, or missing.
- Shirt quality issue – The shirt has holes, stains, or seams coming apart.
- Wrong item sent – You received a different shirt or size than what you ordered.
How to request a refund or return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include:
– Your order number
– Clear photos showing the defect or error
– A brief description of the issue

We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective shirt – we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (wrong item or defect).
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

What about sizing issues?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Please measure carefully before ordering. If you accidentally order the wrong size, we cannot offer a refund or exchange – but you are welcome to place a new order for the correct size.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it (before production starts). After that, cancellations are not possible.
